Website information
Privacy, explained.
This notice describes the features implemented in this version of the website. Updated 10 October 2026.
1. Current receiving status
Online enquiries are enabled and handled by Terracerno website team under the Terracerno brand. Submitted details are stored in a private Neon (PostgreSQL) database in Singapore. The website team is a public contact label, not a statement of registered-company identity.
Contact and privacy requests: contact@terracerno.com
If you submit from mainland China, your form details are transmitted to Singapore for storage. Please review this location before sending your inquiry.
2. Information requested
The form requests a name, email, region, partnership type and message. Organisation, telephone and certain project details are optional. Additional questions depend on the partnership pathway. Do not provide identity documents, bank details, title deeds or sensitive financial attachments; file uploads are not offered.
3. Drafts and language changes
Draft downloads generate an unsent JSON file on your device. You decide where to store and how to share it. When you switch language with a filled form, the form uses same-tab session storage to carry the fields across, then consumes and removes that handoff. Handoffs older than two minutes are discarded on the next form mount; if navigation fails, the data may remain until that next visit or tab closure. It is not an automatic cloud save. If browser storage is unavailable, the handoff cannot be guaranteed.
Closing the tab clears browser session storage in normal browser operation; downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. Shared devices should be handled accordingly.
4. Processing when intake is enabled
Submitted details are used for manual review and response to the specified partnership enquiry, not for marketing subscriptions or automated investment decisions. Successful database storage is acknowledged with a reference. A receipt confirms storage only; it does not confirm email delivery, human review or project acceptance. Authorised team members access enquiries privately; there is no public list or lookup endpoint.
Enquiry records expire 90 days after submission and are removed from the live database by the next daily cleanup. You can request access, correction or earlier deletion through the contact above. This period applies to the live enquiry database; infrastructure logs and provider recovery copies follow the provider's security and retention settings.
5. Technical information and spam prevention
The website does not implement advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party embedded content. Hosting infrastructure may process basic request information to serve pages and protect the service. The intake implementation applies request limits, a honeypot and hashed abuse-control identifiers. Application error responses do not disclose form contents or database credentials.
6. Changes to this notice
This notice must be updated when receiving, storage, providers or tracking features change. Review the displayed status before submitting.
